Some chick from Connecticut was like, "I totally miss the seasons of the mainland."And I was all, "Girlfriend, we have seasons here too."
And she was like, "Uh, no you don't."
And I was all, "Yes. We do."
Thank you Plumeria, for blooming from your branches to usher in Spring with a sweet smelling, ever so delicate,
"BURN!!"

So, I can understand the mainland chick reasoning for lack of traditional seasons changing and she doesn't know any better. I agree it took me a while to see that Hawaii has seasons changing too, but I agree with the chick I miss Autumn season and Hawaii just doesn't have it. I don't miss the SNOW. I prefer Hawaii's winter anytime, hands down!
Hi, Liz. Don't forget mango season and banana season.
Rainy season at Christmas.
North Shore surf season.
Late Summer Kona Wind where-is-my-fan season.
The mainland seasons are all great, for about two weeks. Then I'm ready for Hawaii seasons again.
