Two New Hobbies

I'm in the process of dabbling in two new hobbies.

Ti is in the process of mastering one. . . and unlike mine, his hobby is REALLY QUITE EXCITING. He's awesome. Total Renaissance man.

Don't you love that smile? I do. I never get tired of seeing it.

There it is by a fire hazard.

Again with his favorite ensemble on. And by favorite, I mean the one that he wears the most.

Smiling in Tonga with the woman who changed his nappies, his childhood nanny, Auntie Salote. (She's super sweet. Loved meeting her).

Not so much with the smiling here. But his fav ensemble still in tact.

A bit of a half-hearted smile mid-way between Tongatapu and Vava'u. Not quite certain if the plane was going to make it to our destination.

This is how big it was. I'm taking the photo from the front of the aircraft. No one else seems to notice the sound of puttering engines.

But I digress. . . .

My two new hobbies are:
and

Two of the many strange things I find enjoyable since I hit middle age.

Tevita's new hobby coming up soon.

(Bell Choir concert is May 4th, 6:00, at Laie Temple Visitors Center. You're invited! I wonder if I'll have the guts by then to go through with my secret!)

Holy Cow, that plane is tiny. I would have been dirtying my pant and kissing the ground when I landed.

I have seen you doing the bells at the Children Choir in December and it was FAB! I will definitely see you at the Visitor Center in May

So, what have you been sewing? Anything for your home or yourself?
