Missing Tevita

The longest Ti has been home in the last year is 1 month. He's usually not gone more than a week, and yeah, we talk several times a day when he's out of town, but I still miss him.

This is him with Grandpa about a month before his passing. Grandpa Tonga would have been 95 this month. We miss him too.

Ti and I are the proverbial yin and yang. Some see that as being opposite but we really don't fit into the "opposites attract" category. We think similarly on most all issues. Well, except, the sugar thing. I'll never understand how he prefers watermelon over pie. . .

But he is quiet and I'm . . . more . . . forthcoming. Yes, forthcoming. He is steady and immovable whereas I . . . well, not so much except pertaining to the important stuff, like the gospel, marriage, my political ideology, and well . . . pie. . .

He's a rock, an anchor, a humorist, and withholding judgement is his forte.

I just love him and want my posterity who will read this someday (since I am making a coffee table book out of it) to know that.

Can't hardly wait to see him again.
